Heat pump controller

The heat pump controller are designed on the basis of most modern criteria in operation, function, maintenance and assembling. We use newest technologies, e.g. own ASICs. The devices are equipped permanently by qualified developers with new achievement parameters and extended by functions.

The controllers are compactly developed despite the complex capacity.

The offer spectrum reaches from the scompact controller to the expandable busable master controller.

Today the networking of devices is regarded of outstanding importance. Our controllers are busable and support ModBus, LON and M-bus.

The M-bus according to EN1434 and/or EN13757 is the main standard as simple bus system for the selection of counters (e.g. amount of heat and water meters). Our controllers can communicate with most of the available counters with M-bus.

Our controllers are inserted in compact cases with front measure 144 x 96 mm. These housing size as standard was established and is suitable particularly for the installation in fronts of scolding. The housings can be installed likewise at the wall and on mounting rails. The connection base is of the plug-in type and thus particularly low-maintenance.

Heat pump controller WPR3

The heat pump controller WPR3 serves for the control of heat pump systems. It has nine temperature sensor inputs, seven floating relay outputs, one counter input and one analog output to control the collector pump speed or heat pump power.

The controller is characterised despite complex function of extent by a serving which can be handled intuitively surface. So the announcement can be switched on the level of information with rotatary push button between the time and the temperature sensors, the supervisor states always in the view in the information level. The most important settings are directly accessible over the rotary switch. In the parameter level extensive settings are possible, e.g. settings for heating circuit, DHW system, circulation and auxilary heating.

The controller supports a logging for all measuring and the switching status of the outputs and the remote selection, remote configuration and visualization.

Features:

  • universally applicable, simple assembly, simple operability
  • pump speed control for up to 4 pumps
  • less than 0.8 W in standby operation
  • integrated heat meter and counter for hours of operation
  • 9 temperature sensor inputs
  • 7 floating relay outputs
  • less than 8 kWh per year
  • integrated heat meter and counter for hours of operation
  • binding at building control system and Internet possible

Heat pump control WPR71

The heat pump control WPR71 is an application to control simple to complex heat pump systems with heat pumps as primary energy source using the programmable logic controller SAMSON TROVIS 5571 (PLC). The solar control spoils with special control comfort.

On the large display the diagram of the current operating parameters of the system is visible - the pollution free power production becomes experiencable so not only by the warmth feeling, but also by the presentation.

The control is expandable as well as control technical function range extension, so that also special systems with more temperature sensors, memory reloading pumps, additional heating circles or also fans can be integrated.

Features:

  • universally applicable, simple assembly, simple operability
  • grafic display for system presentation
  • less than 2 W in standby operation
  • integrated heat meter and counter for hours of operation
  • 17 universial sensor inputs
  • 12 floating relay outputs
  • binding at building control system and Internet possible
  • compressor run time approximation
  • supplier blockade functions
  • heating circuit, domestic hot water circulation, auxialary heating control
  • solar thermal control integrated
