More and more solar thermal systems find use in the operational like private area. Besides, it is often overlooked the fact that only by a good control also optimally energy can be won.

Our extremely sparing solar thermal controllers provide the optimum control from easy up to complicated solar thermal systems.

Our controller supervise the collector temperature (s) as well as the storage tank temperature (s) and switch on the collector pump (s) and storage tank charging pump (s), as soon as enough solar energy is available to heat the storage tank further.

For Solar Air Collectors the devices offer a configurable ventilation control.

For each application the right product:

Two-step action controller ZPR

The simple solar thermal controller ZPR is an efficient microprocessor-controlled control solution for the easiest solar systems, offers all necessary functions.

The controller ZPR has an extremely sparing switching poer supply with maximum 8 kWh of annual consumption and less than 0.8 W in standby operation.

Solar Thermal Controller SOL3-1

The solar thermal controller SOL3-1 serves for the control of solar thermal systems with one collector field. It has two temperature sensor inputs and two floating relay outputs.

The automatic controller is characterised despite complex function of extent by a serving which can be handled intuitively surface. So the announcement can be switched on the level of information with rotatary push button between the time and the temperature sensors, the supervisor states always in the view in the information level. The most important settings (switching on and off swell) are directly accessible over the rotary switch. In the parameter level extensive settings are possible, e.g. minimum pump running time and minimum break time, absolute min. and max. temperature at the collector.

It has up to nine temperature sensor inputs, three floating relay outputs, one counter input and one analog output to control the collector pump speed.

Solar Thermal Controller SOL71

The solar thermal controller SOL71 is an application to control simple to complex solar thermal systems using the programmable logic controller SAMSON TROVIS 5571 (PLC). The solar control spoils with special control comfort.

On the large display the diagram of the current operating parameters of the system is visible - the pollution free power production becomes experiencable so not only by the warmth feeling, but also by the presentation.

The selection of one from more than 100 hydraulic system variants effected on the grafic display by addition and/or deselection of components.

The control is expandable as well as control technical function range extension, so that also special systems with more temperature sensors, storage tank pumps or valves, additional heating circiuts or also fans can be integrated.
